Getting a new puppy can feel stressful, but it doesn’t have to. Keep reading for tips on how to make your Frenchie purchase more enjoyable for you and your puppy. After doing your research, if you are considering Hearts Ease as the place to purchase your future frenchie fur-baby. Here’s how simple it is. Once you see the perfect puppy for you, if you haven’t already done so, go ahead and contact us about availability of the puppy and begin the process of your puppy Application right away! All of our puppies find homes very quickly and we’d hate for you to miss out! 

Please take a moment to Email or text us the details: Contact information,selected Puppy,gender,color you are interested in? If you already know, go ahead and fill out the puppy application to start the process. 

After reviewing your application we like to get to know our potential Frenchie families. and answer any questions you may have. Once the Application has been approved then we move to step 3

Once your Application has been Approved and you are ready to make a deposit, contact us and we will send you a deposit contract. Read and fill it out completely and return it. We require a NoN-Refundable Deposit to Reserve a Puppy by Private Treaty. Flexible Payment Options: CASH, ZELLE. At this point contact us on your choice of deposit and for further payment details. When we receive the Non-Refundable Deposit we will place Reserved on your puppy, Or If the total price has been received it will be marked as Sold.

To help put your heart at ease, once the non-refundable deposit is received, we like to continue communication with our future puppy parents and make available to you additional photos and videos of your growing puppy(at your request).

Final payment: CASH, ZELLE, Final balance must be paid on or prior to picking up your puppy, any other arrangements are done with us via private treaty,

otherwise your non-refundable deposit is forfeited and we reserve the right to post the puppy back up for sale. There are No Refunds!

Pick Up: Detailed instructions of arrangements for Pick up will be finalized via private treaty.

Delivery: If for whatever reason you’re unable to come to us, We do offer a Safe Frenchie 🐶 Nanny Program.(additional fees will apply for delivery) No Refunds.
